Returns
You have the right to return goods to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods for any reason, and for a full refund of the original charges. You are responsible for returning the goods to Trengrove Gifts and will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is not fit for the purpose originally intended. To return an item, please contact us before returning goods.

You will receive a refund, no later than 30 days after receipt of returned goods.

If we fail to deliver an order within 30 days of the order being placed you are entitled to a full refund.

The goods shall be at the buyers risk after delivery.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.75 whatever the order size. This means that you always know what the total cost will be. This is regardless of weight or size.  The more you order, the more you save.

Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days maximum, subject to stock availability.

The customer will be notified ASAP by email of any delays.

We will not make substitutions, but invite you to re-order should the item you require be out of stock.
